In The Feed, But Not Of The Feed
Do you love creating books, art, music, or other creative works—but dread spending time on social media? As creators, we’re often told that social media is essential for building an audience. But how do you market your work without becoming consumed by endless scrolling, comparison, and distractions?
In this session, Tiffany Thomas shares practical systems for using social media intentionally, including separating marketing from entertainment, creating a spiritually uplifting online environment, and developing habits that support both creativity and discipleship. If you’ve ever wished there were a way to market your work without getting sucked into the algorithm, this free class is for you.
About Tiffany: Tiffany Thomas is a chocoholic former math teacher with Crohn’s Disease and homeschooling mom of four kids. She and her husband Phillip (who is an engineer) work together on the blog Saving Talents. They enjoy spending time with their family, geeking out over sci-fi together, and saving money. Tiffany discovered Pride & Prejudice as a teenager, and even made poor Phillip watch the six-hour version with her on their honeymoon when they got snowed in. After reading fan fiction for over a decade, she finally broke out into writing some herself, with the tremendous support of her husband.
