Photography & Media Release
As a registrant for the 2026 Conference of Latter-Day Saints in Publishing, Media, and the Arts (“LDSPMA”), taking place between August and October 2026 through virtual events and the in-person conference at Utah Valley University (“Conference”), I grant LDSPMA permission to capture and use photographs, video, and other media that may include my likeness (“Media”).
I grant LDSPMA the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display such Media in any format or medium, now known or later developed, for lawful purposes including, but not limited to, marketing, promotion, education, and publication related to LDSPMA and its programs.
I understand and agree that all Media is the sole property of LDSPMA. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Media or any accompanying text or materials, and I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or other payment arising from its use.
I release and hold harmless LDSPMA, its officers, volunteers, and representatives from any claims or liability related to the use of the Media, including claims involving privacy, publicity rights, copyright, defamation, or other related matters.
I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to agree to this release. If I am registering on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to this release on their behalf.
