Children & Attendance Policy
Latter-day Saint Publishing and Media Association (LDSPMA) is an international organization for members and friends of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who work in publishing, media, and the arts—or who aspire to do so. We strive to maintain a professional learning environment for all conference attendees.
For this reason, the minimum age to attend the conference is 12 years old.
Children under 12 are not permitted, with the exception of babes in arms (approximately 12 months or younger), who may attend if they can be quietly cared for by a parent or legal guardian.
We ask that parents use discretion when deciding whether to bring an infant. If a child becomes disruptive, a volunteer may ask the parent or guardian to step out of the room until the child is ready to return quietly.
