LDSPMA Leadership

Mike House is an author (pen name M.D. House) and business professional who discovered LDSPMA in 2022 and immediately determined to become involved in such an impressive organization that was making a real difference in sharing the light of Christ throughout the world. He became president in October 2024 and continues to be amazed by the number of wonderful, talented people he gets to meet and work with in this role.

Casey Cline served as Executive Secretary of LDSPMA before assuming her current role as Vice-President. A lifelong reader with a wide range of interests, she brings an eclectic background to her work, holding degrees and licenses in business, law, and real estate. Casey is also a historical fiction author who crafts stories about the ultimate adventure in life—love. She lives in Nebraska with her husband, two daughters, and three cats.

Dan Pincock is excited to be serving as the LDSPMA Executive Coordinator.  He brings decades of successful, extensive administrative experience in complex and diverse environments to the Board and the organization, having worked as the Executive Scheduler to the President at a major international development organization in Washington, D.C.  Most recently, he worked in the capacity of Executive Administrator at a local, non-profit housing agency in the Salt Lake area.

In addition, Dan is heavy on “LDS” but light on “PMA” and has enjoyed his association with LDSPMA’s talented leadership and members.  He serves in his ward as the temple and family history leader.

Along with his wife, he has three married sons and two grandsons.  Dan is retired from full-time work and prefers at this point in his life performing magic tricks over commuting.

Steven Piersanti is founder of Berrett-Koehler Publishers, Inc., a leading independent publisher that pursues its mission of “Connecting People and Ideas to Create a World That Works for All” by publishing groundbreaking books that promote positive change at all levels—individual, organizational, and societal. In 2019 Steve stepped down as president and CEO and now serves as a full-time senior editor at Berrett-Koehler. Steve has served as editor of 65+ publications that have sold over 100,000 copies, including titles that have appeared on all the major U.S. bestseller lists and multi-million copy sellers.
Prior to founding Berrett-Koehler in 1992, Steve served as president and CEO of Jossey-Bass Publishers.  He began his career at Jossey-Bass in 1977 as an advertising copywriter then served as marketing director, editor, editorial director, and executive vice president before becoming CEO in 1989.  Steve graduated with Highest Honors from Brigham Young University, where he got his start in publishing by founding and editing a university student scholarly journal.  Steve co-founded LDSPMA in 2015 and for the past five years has served as its annual conference director.

Annika Champenois is a writer with tons of story ideas and not enough time to write them all. She is currently bringing some of her romantic comedies to life, starting with Artfully Annoying (originally titled A Cocky Catch), the story of the girl who gets to date the good guy just before he finds his dream girl. Annika was born in Denmark and lived there for eleven years before moving to Utah with her family. She served a mission in Japan and loves church service, languages, hikes, and romances. Holly Kolb currently lives in Germany, which is a fun first for LDSPMA. She and her sister, Jayne Ann Osborne, founded and operate Merry Robin Publishing, which featured prominently at our past conference.

Amilee Selfridge is an author, publisher, and creative entrepreneur who loves helping people find more joy, connection, and meaning through story. She is the creator of The Bad Day Book series, The Story of Our Jesus, and The Author’s Online Playbook, and runs a publishing company focused on uplifting, relatable content.
When she’s not lost in a book or building creative projects, Amilee is at home in Utah with her husband and two sons. Family comes first, and she is grateful to serve with LDSPMA—a community that has become a second family.

Marie Leslie is a writer and artist who enjoys using her creative talents to help others grow. Marie owned her own photography studio for many years, and is a writer, editor, and small business consultant. A lifelong entrepreneur, she started her first business as a teen and now uses her business and organizational skills to help build LDSPMA from her own little forest in the southeastern US, where she lives with her husband.
