A vital part of the LDSPMA Conference is connecting attendees with professionals, services, and resources that help them grow.
If you offer products or services that support writers, creators, and industry professionals, this is your opportunity to connect with a highly engaged audience.
Who You’ll Reach
We expect 450–500 in-person attendees at the main conference, along with additional attendees at the LDSPMA Awards Gala.
Our audience is made up of creators and professionals who invest in their growth and are actively looking for tools, services, and resources to improve their craft and business.
Based on past conferences, attendees include:
- Fiction and nonfiction authors
- Editors and publishing professionals
- Podcasters, speakers, and media creators
- Marketers and business professionals
- Songwriters and musicians
- Designers, artists, and illustrators
- Filmmakers and videographers
(Many attendees identify with multiple roles.)
Vendor Opportunities (Opening May 1)
Vendor registration will open on May 1.
Early access is currently available to confirmed conference sponsors.
Important: Who Vendor Tables Are For
This year, vendor tables are reserved for:
Businesses and individuals offering products or services that support conference attendees in their professional or creative work
Examples include:
- Editing services
- Marketing services
- Publishing tools
- Creative resources and educational materials
- Software, platforms, or professional services
⚠️ Not a Traditional Sales Floor
To better serve our attendees, vendor tables will not be offered to:
- Authors selling their own books
- Musicians selling albums
- Artists selling personal merchandise
These creators are invited to participate in our Meet-the-Creators event, which is designed specifically for showcasing and selling creative work.
Conference Bookstore
We will offer a conference bookstore for select participants to sell books and other items during the event.
Eligible participants include:
- Vendors/exhibitors
- Meet-the-Creators participants
- Award finalists and winners
- Conference presenters and instructors
- LDSPMA Conference Committee members
Important Note About Book Sales
While books and other items may be sold through the bookstore, please be aware:
Our audience is primarily made up of creators—not general consumers
This means:
- Traditional book sales are typically limited
- Most authors sell only a small number of copies
Items that tend to perform best include:
- Craft-focused books and guidebooks
- Educational or skill-building materials
- Artwork and prints
- Creative tools or supplies
- Unique items (e.g., 3D printed products)
🚫 T-shirts and apparel are not permitted
We want to set clear expectations so you can make the best decision for your participation.
