Want to Start a Chapter?
LDSPMA student chapters may form anywhere there is an institute program for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Chapters are intended to be student-led and student-driven. While they may begin as organizations independent of a college or university, they are strongly encouraged to apply for student club status at their respective institutions of learning.
An official student chapter must have:
- Three officers: a president, vice-president, and secretary/information officer;
- A minimum of two chapter events per semester (four events annually);
- By-laws detailing the duties of officers;
- A willingness to promote LDSPMA events that relate to their chapter.
